We offer worldwide shipping!

Our goal is to send out your order from our warehouse within 1-6 business days. Please be patient if we need additional time to inspect or perfect your items, especially during busy periods like the year-end holiday season.

Although we strive to prevent it, there's a possibility that the item you've ordered might become unavailable. If this occurs, we'll make every effort to inform you promptly.

You may occasionally notice unusually long estimated delivery times during the checkout process. This could be because certain products are temporarily out of stock, and we're in the process of replenishing our inventory.

After the goods are dispatched, how long does it take for standard shipping to deliver the package?

For non-Singapore orders:
15-23 business days

Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are a lot of factors affecting its speed. The above are estimated time provided by the postal service and do not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
